CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTION & REFUND POLICY:
All cancellations, changes and substitution requests must be made in writing and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
or faxed to 604.631.2105 prior to October 19, 2017
. Cancellations received on or before October 19, 2017
will be refunded 80% of all fees. After October 19, 2017
, no refunds will be made for any cancellations or no-shows (this includes conference registration and exhibit hall entrance fees). Substitutions may be made without penalty within 24hrs of the conference.

By attending this event, you may be the subject of still photography or videography which is used by Informa Exhibitions for purposes of promoting future events. By attending, you agree to grant Informa Exhibitions the right to use your likeness in any photographic or video coverage of the event.
